Viva Artist places the highest importance on protecting your personal data. This policy explains, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), how your data is collected and processed within the “At the presidential theatre tonight!” project.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Viva Artist. For any question regarding your data, contact us at: contact@vivaartist.fr.
2. Data collected
For candidate pre-registration we collect: first name, last name, email, phone number, party or movement, profession, region, vision, programme details, and where applicable your candidacy file (PDF). Audience-measurement cookies may also be set with your consent.
3. Purposes
Your data is used to: review and manage your application, communicate with you about the project, publish (where applicable) the official list of candidates, and improve the website.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), collected at pre-registration and via the cookie banner, and on Viva Artist's legitimate interest in organising the event.
5. Retention
Application data is kept for the duration of the project and up to 24 months after it ends, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. Audience-measurement data is kept for a maximum of 13 months.
6. Recipients
Your data is intended for authorised Viva Artist teams. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Technical processors (hosting, storage, translation) may access it strictly to perform their services.
7. Transfers and translation
The site offers automatic translation of certain content. Public candidate texts may be sent to an automated translation service solely for that purpose.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email contact@vivaartist.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
9. Cookies
The site uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation and, subject to your consent, audience-measurement cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the consent banner.
